POOL USE
To access the pool it is required to contact Management and Associates to obtain a pool card to enter the pool area, as well as to use the bathrooms. Please contact the Admin department at 813-433-2000 to obtain a card.
POOL RULES
Must have key for entry
Keep gate closed & locked at all times
Pool area for residents & their guests only
Limit 2 guests per resident
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult member
no food or alcoholic beverages
No glass containers
No smoking
No animals inside gated area
POOL HOURS ARE DAWN TO DUSK
MAILBOX INFO
Mailbox posts may need to be repaired or replaced. The paint for the mailbox post is Color Wheel brand's Bone paint. The base is white 3730 and formula is C-9I-2L36 1/2. Your local hardware store should be able to match the color. it comes in quart or gallon cans. Mailboxes may be metal or vinyl but must be white.
